Nursing Students' and Educators' Perception toward Nursing Students' Rights and Its relation to Nursing Students' Satisfaction

Background: Students' rights has become an important part of modern education due to when thenursing students know their and reach it, they experience high satisfaction as there is almostuniversal agreement regarding the importance student across educational system. Thestudy aimed assess nursing students' educators' perception toward rightsand its relation satisfaction. Study design: Descriptive correlational design wasutilized conduct this study. setting: The study was conducted at Faculty Nursing,Benha University. Subjects: Included simple random sample undergraduate students'from all four academic years 332 out from 1962 who are enrolled year 2019/2020 andavailable 125 173 above mentioned setting. Tools: Twotools were used for data collection: (I) Nursing questionnaire (II) Nursingstudents’ Satisfaction Scale (NSSS). Results: Showed that majority (78.9% & 95.2%) ofstudied students’ had perceived level rightsrespectively. Also, nearly half (48.8 %) studied level.Conclusion: concluded positive statistical significant correlation betweentotal total nursingstudents' .Recommendation: Disseminating created bill facultiesin Benha Universities, also posted in sites accessible publishingthem on faculty websites educators use technology effectively work collaboratively witheach other.
